Conversion: Rabbi Zalman Weiss
This is a lecture on conversion by Rabbi Zalman Weiss. Rabbi Weiss was born into a secular Jewish family in America, but early on yearned for a greater connection to His Creator. This quest took him to a variety of colleges and institutions, and involved him in a great many activities. After becoming an Ivy League graduate, he came on aliyah to Israel and served in the IDF. He later returned to America to attend Kol Yaakov Yeshiva in Munsey, New York, following which he learned at the yeshivas of Ohr Samaych and MiLi in Jerusalem, receiving Smicha from Rabbi Zalman Nechemiah Goldberg. For the past twenty-two years, Rabbi Weiss has been in Kollel at Neve Yaakov, Israel.
