Dress for Success | Parshat Tetzaveh

Our clothes reflect both our personalities and our desires. One who dresses in a dignified manner and according to the standards of modesty shows that he or she wants to be close to Hashem rather than being close to society, style, current fashion or peer pressure. Hashem commands that we should be a nation of priests and a holy nation; as such, modest and dignified clothes are our priestly garb of today, showing that we identify with Hashem and His commandments and desire to be close to Him. – Rabbi Lazer Brody
