This Mourner’s Kaddish Is Set to Adele’s ‘Hello’ And It’s Perfect

We’ve all lost someone important to us, and it’s one of the hardest, yet most universal, experiences in life. Of course, the best thing we can do is support each other and never let anyone deal with loss alone. And naturally, that’s the entire point of reciting kaddish–it forces mourners to join others.

But even ancient prayers need a makeover every once in a while. Nili Isenberg brilliantly set the Mourner’s Kaddish to the tune of Adele’s “Hello.” Listen to the song below, and pass it on to anyone who may be grieving (or is just a big fan of Jewish prayers and Adele):
